Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive after placing the order for budget shipping within the United States.

We prefer to ship using UPS Ground, however, your order may be shipped by another carrier.
In situations where we are forced to release product in waves or partial quantities we will ship the oldest pre-orders first. Orders ship in the order that they are placed, i.e. oldest orders are shipped first.
All pre-orders require full payment at the time the pre-order is placed. If the customer wishes to change or cancel their pre-order before shipment, we will refund the full amount paid. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel an order we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If a price increase occurs we will notify you via email. If we do not receive a response we will cancel your order, refunding the full amount paid.

If any items in your package were missing or damaged, please contact customer service within 30 days of the original shipment. Claims made more than 30 days after the shipment will not be granted. Claims made within 30 days will be investigated and approved or denied at our discretion.
